Service Delivery & Team Management:• Oversee daily operations and service execution across all teams.• Supervise teams' schedules, performance, and productivity to ensure efficiency.• Conduct regular site visits to monitor service quality and ensure adherence to SOPs.• Handle escalations, client feedback, and ensure timely resolution of issues.• Implement performance tracking systems and provide ongoing coaching to team.Operations Optimization & Process Improvement• Develop and execute strategies to increase operational efficiency.• Identify bottlenecks and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency and service standards.• Improve existing business operations, and identify opportunities to enhance the USP.• Implement strategies to elevate customer experience and satisfaction.• Work with teams to introduce process optimizations and performance improvements.• Monitor and manage KPIs for turnaround time, customer satisfaction, and operational cost control.• Coordinate with procurement and admin functions to ensure smooth workflow and resource readiness.Reporting & Support• Prepare regular operational reports and insights for leadership.• Contribute to workforce planning, resource allocation, and seasonal capacity management• Handle general administrative tasks and workflow coordination.Strategic Growth & Expansion• Support in the research, planning, and establishment of new business units and their business plan development.• Identify, evaluate, and recommend potential leaders for new business units.• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition and integration. •Research industry trends and provide growth insights.
• Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.• 1-5 years of experience in services operations, preferably in cleaning or maintenance.• Strong leadership and team management skills.• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.• Fluent in Arabic and English.
