Our client is one of the leading Facilities Management Service Providers in KSA. They have a portfolio of blue-chip clients and are currently recruiting for a high profile TFM contract in Riyadh. They are currently seeking a BMS Engineer for a prestigious transportation project. The project will cover multiple locations and involve sites with a high amount of public footfall. The BMS Engineer role will ensure the Operation and Maintenance service delivery to the client’s Building Management System while ensuring optimal performance of HVAC, lighting, fire alarm, and energy systems.Key Responsibilities:- Managing the operation and maintenance technical team, delivering day to day maintenance services to the BMS- Performing routine maintenance and diagnostics and implementing corrective actions across the BMS system- - Ensuring the system operates ensuring maximum efficiency of the building(s)- Ensuring systems meet building codes, safety, and environmental regulations.- Ensure BMS integration and continual performance improvements across the BMS System
- Degree in Engineering or related field- Experience with BMS-specific tools and platforms- Knowledge of HVAC systems and controls.- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.- Excellent communication skills In return the client will pay a competitive base salary and additional benefits.
