As the Account Manager in a marketing and events company, you will oversee key client relationships, manage the execution of marketing campaigns and events, and ensure that client expectations are met. You will serve as the main point of contact between the client and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, project delivery, and the achievement of business objectives.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in account management, preferably in marketing, advertising, or events.• Proven track record of managing large-scale marketing campaigns and events.• Experience working directly with clients, managing relationships, and delivering successful results.• Strong background in budgeting, project management, and proposal development.• Prior experience in team leadership or mentoring is preferred.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.• Knowledge of marketing strategies, event planning, and campaign performance analysis.• Strong negotiation skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.• Must be Arabic Speaker
