Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced SAP Implimentation Project Manager to lead the deployment of our new Human Resource Information System (HRIS), in partnership with Veritas Prime. This role is critical in planning, executing, and delivering a seamless implementation of SAP SuccessFactors, aligning business needs with technical capabilities to support the future of our HR operations. This is going to be a remote opporunity. We envisage responsibilities in this role to include; - Leading end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors in collaboration with internal HR/IT teams and external implementation partner (e.g., Veritas Prime). - Developing and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables across all implementation phases. - Serving as the central point of contact for stakeholders, including HR leadership, IT, vendors, and change management teams. - Coordinating system configuration, data migration, testing (UAT), training, and go-live activities. - Ensuring system setup aligns with HR processes such as Core HR, Recruiting, Performance Management, Onboarding, and/or Compensation modules. - Monitoring project risks and issues; develop contingency plans as needed. - Facilitating decision-making and issue resolution across cross-functional teams. - Ensuring compliance with data privacy and system security standards during implementation. - Supporting post-implementation stabilization and continuous improvement efforts.Qualifications 10+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years managing SAP SuccessFactors or other HRIS implementations. - Strong understanding of HR business processes and HRIS functionality. - Experience working with external vendors (especially SAP or Veritas Prime). - Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA). - PMP, Agile, or other PM certifications are a plus. - SAP SuccessFactors certification or training is highly desirable. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills. - Excellent ENGLISH. - Previous exerience in implmenting similar systems in the Middle East.
