Key Responsibilities:
• Build and restructure the company from the ground up
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth
• Manage P&L, budgeting, and financial performance
• Negotiate exclusive distribution deals with international manufacturers
• Ensure full compliance with SFDA, NUPCO, and other authorities
• Lead procurement, sales, logistics, and technical support teams
• Drive tender submissions on platforms like Etimad and NUPCO
• Implement ERP systems and optimize supply chain operations

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Pharmacy, or Biomedical Engineering
• MBA is a plus
• 10–15 years in medical supplies, with at least 5 years in senior leadership
• Deep understanding of SFDA, NUPCO, and the Saudi healthcare ecosystem
• Fluent in English and Arabic
