Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Telemarketing Executive to promote and sell IT products and solutions over the phone, generate qualified leads, and support the sales team in closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote IT products (hardware, software, networking solutions, etc.).
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable IT solutions.
- Generate leads, schedule product demos/meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain an updated customer database in the CRM.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls, leads, and sales.
