As a front desk receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting and tour clients, managing front desk operations, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a friendly, professional, and proactive individual who can create a positive first impression and maintain smooth daily operationsResponsibilities:➔ Warmly greet all clients and visitors upon arrival.➔ Manage client check-ins and session scheduling using the studio’s booking system.➔ Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries promptly and professionally.➔ Provide new clients with studio tours and information on services and membership options.➔ Support instructors with class setup and ensure the studio is clean and welcoming.➔ Manage merchandise display and assist with retail sales.➔ Handle payment transactions and maintain accurate records.➔ Assist in managing waitlists, cancellations, and rescheduling.➔ Communicate client feedback and operational issues to the Studio Manager.
Skills
➔ Bachelor's degree.➔ Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles in a luxurious environment is preferred.➔ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.➔ Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.➔ Tech-savvy with familiarity in booking or POS systems.➔ Passion for wellness and a positive, enthusiastic attitude.➔ Professional English skills➔ Sport and wellness experience/knowledge is a plus.
