•Develop and implement the Project Quality Management Plan (QMP) in line with client and company requirements.•Supervise the QA/QC team and coordinate quality activities across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.•Review and approve inspection and test plans (ITPs), procedures, and material submittals.•Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and quality reviews, ensuring adherence to standards and specifications.•Monitor subcontractors’ quality performance and ensure compliance with contractual and technical requirements.•Track and report non-conformities (NCRs), ensuring corrective and preventive actions are implemented.•Ensure all documentation, certificates, and test reports are complete, accurate, and properly filed.•Support commissioning by reviewing test results, integration checks, and punch lists.•Coordinate with HSE, Project Manager, and Engineering teams to ensure quality and safety are integrated.•Provide regular quality reports and KPIs to project management and the client.•Ensure continuous improvement by conducting lessons learned and quality audits at project close-out.
