As an Integration Specialist at ZenHR, you will be the primary point of contact for customers facing technical challenges and the go-to expert for implementing their integrations. Your role involves diagnosing and resolving issues, guiding customers through integration processes, and ensuring a seamless experience with our API offerings. You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions and take ownership of setting up and configuring integrations to meet customer needs.

The Job – Integration Specialist
- What you'll be doing:
- Provide technical support for customers integrating our platform with third-party tools via APIs
- Implement customer integrations by setting up, configuring, and customizing workflows to meet their unique requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to API functionality, data exchange, and integration workflows
- Guide customers through the setup and configuration of integrations, offering clear and concise instructions
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify and address complex issues
- Document customer interactions, technical challenges, and solutions in the support system
- Create and maintain knowledge base articles and FAQs to help customers resolve common issues independently
- Proactively suggest enhancements to improve customer experience and streamline integration processes
- Ensure timely and professional communication with customers, maintaining high levels of satisfaction
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
- Proven experience of 3 years in hands-on NetSuite ERP implementation or Microsoft Dynamics
- Proven experience in designing and implementing integration solutions for complex
- software systems and applications
- Proven experience in customer support, preferably in a technical role
- Hands-on experience with implementing and troubleshooting API integrations
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and webhooks
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Basic knowledge of programming languages like Python, JavaScript, or similar (preferred but not required)
