As an IT System Administrator at ZenHR, will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring the efficient operation of networks, systems, and security. The ideal candidate should excel in troubleshooting technical issues, managing hardware and software, and
implementing IT policies to support business functions.

The Job IT System Administrator
What you'll be doing:
- Install, configure, and maintain networks devices and infrastructure (wired and wireless).
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for employees.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Manage IT inventory and assets, and provision them for employees.
- Implement and enforce IT policies and security protocols.
- Ensure data protection and disaster recovery plans are in place.
- Maintain documentation of IT systems and procedures.
- Research and recommend upgrades or new technologies.
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
