Role Overview
A full-time, on-site Marketing Manager role responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, with a focus on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads management. The role also includes team leadership, creating comprehensive marketing plans, and overseeing social media and content creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company goals.
- Manage and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta and Google Ads platforms.
- Lead and manage the marketing team, ensuring efficient collaboration and task execution.
- Oversee social media accounts and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Create engaging content in collaboration with the team.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Proven experience in creating marketing plans and managing teams.
- Proficiency in content creation and social media management.
- 3-5 years of marketing experience with a focus on digital campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
