Role Overview
The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with clients, presenting our software solutions and marketing services, and closing deals. The role focuses on building strong relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with potential clients to understand their needs and present our solutions.
- Close deals and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide support post-sale.
- Track and report sales activities and progress.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in sales (preferably in software or marketing services) with a focus on B2B sales.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients.
- Ability to work well both independently and with a team.
- Proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
