Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and stock movements.
- Perform periodic stock reconciliations between physical stock and system records.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper accounting for receipts, issues, and transfers.
- Prepare warehouse-related financial reports including stock valuation and inventory aging.
- Coordinate closely with warehouse, procurement, and logistics teams to verify documentation and inventory flows.
- Support in monthly and year-end inventory audits and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
- Review and validate GRNs, issue slips, and other supporting documentation for inventory movements.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies.
- Assist in cost control initiatives by analyzing inventory trends and providing data-driven insights.
- Participate in system improvements related to inventory and accounting processes.
Educational & Training:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Knowledge & Experience:
1.) Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse or inventory accounting.
2.) Experience in construction, logistics, or large-scale project environments is preferred.

2.) Proficiency in ERP or warehouse management systems (Oracle, SAP, etc.).
