Job Title: General Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to lead the overall operations of our PVC pipes and aluminum, upvc, wpc, doors/windows manufacturing and distribution business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial production, business development, and operational leadership within the building materials or construction sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth, market share, and profitability.
- Set performance targets and oversee execution across departments (production, sales, logistics, and finance).
- Monitor industry trends and guide product development or expansion into new markets.
Operations & Production Management
- Oversee daily operations across manufacturing units, ensuring quality control, safety, and efficiency.
- Optimize production schedules, material procurement, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Sales & Business Development
- Lead sales strategy and identify new business opportunities in the construction and industrial sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, contractors, and project developers.
- Ensure alignment between marketing, pricing, and customer needs.
Financial Oversight
- Manage budgeting, cost control, and financial planning.
- Analyze P&L, cash flow, and KPIs to make informed business decisions.
Team Leadership
- Hire, train, and supervise department heads and senior staff.
- Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 8+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing or construction materials industry.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, supply chain, and B2B sales.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in managing factory operations for PVC, aluminum, or similar products.
- Understanding of regional and international building material markets.
- Familiarity with ERP systems
