Our client is leading hospitality and catering service provider in KSA. They currently seeking an Assistant Manager – PMO (KSA National) to be a part of their team in Jeddah, KSA.The successful candidates will:•Assist in managing and controlling project constraints by ensuring project plans are implemented on schedule, within scope, and budget. •Support the administration of projects to align with company’s standards, methodology, and technology.
•Support the overall program management and progress monitoring, assisting in mitigating risks and escalating issues when necessary.•Provide guidance and coordination to project teams and stakeholders under the supervision of the Manager, PMO.•Assist in reviewing and analyzing project deviations from guidelines and assessing their impact on program timelines and budget.•Track adherence to the program budget and provide updates to management.•Collaborate with different department leaders to support project prioritization and development.•Assist in project management planning, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and coordinating deliverables.•Contribute to financial analysis, including project budgets, risk assessments, and resource allocation.•Provide financial reports and budget tracking support to the PMO Manager.•Monitor project execution and ensure team members follow established standards and procedures.•Support the development and implementation of new PMO policies and processes.•Assist in project evaluations to ensure compliance with company standards, budget constraints, and deadlines.•Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, including scope, budget, and implementation details.•Perform other job-related duties as assigned.•Perform other duties related to the job and/or the operation of the company, in accordance with the regulations of the Saudi Labor of Law. Adherence to Cybersecurity policies and procedures. •Dealing with data and information according to their level of classification. •Avoid violating the rights of any person or company protected by copyrights, patents, or any other intellectual property, or similar laws or regulations. •Compliance with Cybersecurity requirements related to the protection of user devices, Internet, software, systems, and Email requirements.•Adhere to the acceptable use policy and using information and technical assets only for business purposes.•Obtaining the required permit from the security department or the owner of the authority before hosting visitors in the company's specific sensitive sites. •Reporting Cybersecurity incidents.Qualifications:•Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.•A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is a plus.•4 - 5 of years' experience in PMO
