Location: Saudi ArabiaIndustry: Elevators ManufacturingWe are looking for a Production Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the steel industry. While experience in the elevator industry is not mandatory, it is considered an advantage.Key Responsibilities:• Oversee and manage the entire production process.• Ensure production targets and quality standards are met.• Lead a team of production workers and supervisors.• Develop and implement efficient production strategies and processes.• Maintain safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production workflows.
• At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.• Engineering License (essential).• Strong leadership and communication skills.• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.• Knowledge of steel production or related industries is a plus.• Experience in manufacturing processes, inventory management, and production planning.• Location: Must be based in Saudi Arabia.• Preference for candidates from India, Pakistan, the Philippines, or Southeast Asia.• Experience in elevator production is highly preferred.
