Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager & Executives to lead our business development efforts in the Riyadh region. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of aluminum façade systems and an established network within the construction and architectural sectors. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and ensuring successful project acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand market presence across Riyadh and surrounding areas.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with contractors, consultants, architects, and developers.
- Promote the company’s aluminum façade systems and cladding solutions to clients and key decision-makers.
- Prepare and deliver technical sales presentations and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with estimation, design, and project teams to align proposals with client requirements.
- Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and risk mitigation.
- Stay up to date on market trends, competitors, and product developments.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Represent the company in exhibitions, industry events, and networking forums.
Skills
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Any field
- 5–7+ years of proven sales experience in aluminum façade, curtain wall systems, cladding, or related building materials.
- Strong network of industry contacts in the Riyadh region.
- Strong understanding of the construction project lifecycle and tendering process.
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Valid Saudi driving license and transferable Iqama are mandatory.
