•Expertise in high-voltage power systems to design, implement, and maintain protection schemes for substations, transmission, and distribution networks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for relay coordination, fault analysis, and ensuring the reliability of power system protection.•Specialized experience in Extra High Voltage (EHV) substations and HVDC Converter Station protection design, installation, and commissioning.•Design and configure protective relay settings for various applications, including distance, differential, overcurrent, and earth fault protection•Conduct testing and commissioning of protection relays, CTs/PTs, and switchgear in substations and power plants.•Collaborate with utilities, contractors, and vendors to ensure proper implementation of protection systems.•Design, implement, and test converter station protection schemes, including pole protection, valve group protection, DC line protection, and AC/DC system coordination.
