Receptionist with Medical / Dental field experience
Our practice is looking to add a skilled receptionist to our team. In this role, you will serve as the chief point of contact for our patients. This means that having an upbeat attitude and professional demeanor are essential. You will also help our office operate more effectively.

Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Superior customer service skills
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Good computer literacy
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Able to learn and gain knowledge of dental terminology
- Good English and Arabic language
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the point of contact between a dental office and its patients
- Greet patients who enter the practice warmly
- Take their phone calls, and prepare them to be seen by the dentist
- Schedule, cancel, and reschedule patient appointments as needed
- Assist patients in filling out required forms
- Collect payment from patients
- Help in maintaining office inventory
- Perform office duties such as document filing, scanning, copying, sending emails and messages
Additional Information:
- Monthly salary: 500 JOD
- Social security subscription
- Sat-Wed 9-6 & Thurs 9-2 with 1 hr break
- Location: Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah St (near Al- Haramayn Int.)
