Qualifications:• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, O&G & related fields) etc.)• Language Requirements: Native Arabic speaker with fluent English (both written and spoken).Experience:• Industry Exposure: 10+ years of technical sales experience in the Middle East, especially Saudi Arabia. Experience in Infrastructure, Power, F&B, Pharma, IT, and Industrial sectors.• Sector Expertise: Sales experience in either sectors of fire safety, sealing solutions, industrial products, and technical solutions.• Sales Achievements: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a history of driving growth in technical and industrial domains.• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of technical products and solutions for various industries.• Leadership and Strategy: Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that deliver significant revenue growth across multiple sectors.• Market Insights: Deep understanding of local and regional market dynamics, industry trends, and customer needs from the targeted industry.• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure while meeting deadlines and delivering value-driven solutions
