We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Development Manager to join our real estate investment and development team. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing various development projects as well as monitoring and supporting our broader real estate investment portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and follow up on licensing and permitting processes for development projects (Balady, Civil Defense, Tourism, etc.).
- Coordinate the selection and appointment of design consultants, engineers, and contractors.
- Oversee project execution and ensure alignment with the approved budget, schedule, and quality standards.
- Review and manage contracts, shop drawings, payments, and variation orders.
- Conduct regular site visits and prepare progress reports.
- Maintain organized project records and report regularly to ownership.
- Monitor ongoing real estate investments, liaise with fund and asset managers, and gather performance updates.
- Assist in the evaluation of new real estate investment opportunities, including preliminary due diligence and coordination with advisors.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in real estate development or investment management.
- Strong knowledge of local permitting systems and development processes.
- Familiarity with real estate investment structures and market evaluation.
- PMP or similar certification is a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in both Arabic and English.
