Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Creative Department. This role is essential in bringing visual concepts to life across digital and print media. The ideal candidate is a strong team player with an eye for design, deep knowledge of current trends, and a passion for delivering visually compelling materials that align with our brand and client goals.
Responsibilities:
Design Production
- Create high-quality visual designs for various platforms, including digital (social media, websites, email campaigns) and print (brochures, banners, flyers, etc.).
- Develop engaging graphics, layouts, illustrations, and design elements that communicate key messages effectively.
Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, content, and creative teams to understand project goals and deliver visual assets that align with strategic direction.
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, innovative ideas.
Brand Compliance
- Ensure all designs strictly follow brand guidelines related to colors, typography, and visual tone.
- Collaborate with the branding team to evolve the brand’s visual identity and storytelling.
Client Interaction
- Present design concepts and explain creative rationale to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Collect and incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining high design standards.
Revisions and Feedback
- Adapt designs based on internal critique and client input.
- Demonstrate flexibility and open-mindedness during the feedback and revision process.
Quality Assurance
- Conduct final reviews for design accuracy, layout precision, and print/digital readiness.
- Ensure that all deliverables meet agency and client standards for excellence.
Trend Awareness
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, software updates, and creative tools to continuously improve quality.
- Explore innovative visual techniques and design styles to keep output fresh and competitive.
Time & Project Management
- Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, managing deadlines and priorities efficiently.
- Maintain clear documentation and organized files for all creative assets.
Skills
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a creative or marketing agency environment.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and familiarity with Figma or similar tools.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Certification or diploma in Animation or Motion Graphics is a strong plus.
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Strong typography, layout, and color theory knowledge.
- Makeup experience is a plus, especially in campaigns or product-based visuals involving beauty, cosmetics, or fashion.
- Ability to interpret complex briefs and deliver impactful creative solutions.
