The warehouse manager shall be responsible to oversee the operations of multiple warehouses across three subsidiaries within a medical supplies group. They shall ensure efficient storage, accurate inventory management, and timely distribution while complying with health and safety regulations, and maintaining service excellence.Key Tasks and Responsibilities:A.General Tasks: •Supervise and manage the daily operations of all warehouses, including receiving, storing, and dispatching medical supplies •Implement, sustain, and monitor health, safety, and quality control procedures across all storage facilities •Ensure cold-chain and sensitive medical equipment are stored under appropriate conditions •All Incidents should be reported in time and with correct documentation •Follow safety protocols at all times and contribute to a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environmentB.Stock Inventory: •Oversee stock control, inventory accuracy, labeling, and data entry into Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) •Maintain documentation and records for inventory levels, stock movements, and compliance •Conduct periodic stock audits, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure timely reporting •Perform thorough inspections of each item, identifying and resolving any faults or maintenance issues to ensure all equipment remains in optimal conditionC.Operations: •Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales departments to ensure streamlined operations •Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems to maximize efficiency and reduce waste •Support internal and external audits, ensuring full documentation and procedural complianceD.Labor/People Management: •Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff across all subsidiary locations •Conduct training for employees •Assess and evaluate team members and provide feedback of employee performance •Ensure all team members are aware and observe the company’s published policy and regulations
•Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field •Certification in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or Inventory Control is preferred •Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to medical storageExperience: •5–7 years of proven experience in warehouse operations or supply chain management •At least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical supply chain sector •Experience managing multiple sites or working within a corporate group structure with multiple subsidiariesKey Skills: •Strong leadership and team management abilities •In-depth knowledge of ERP and WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) •Excellent organizational, time management, and analytical skills •Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail •Excellent written and verbal communication skills •Ability to manage under pressure and handle urgent logistics challenges •Fluent in English (Arabic or other regional language is an advantage)Personal Attributes: •Proactive and hands-on leadership style •Reliable, responsible, and highly ethical •Quality-driven with a continuous improvement mindset •Able to travel between warehouse locations if needed
