RUWA is looking for an experienced and highly skilled Electrical Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team in Riyadh.
This role is strictly for candidates currently based in Riyadh with strong experience in electrical works for building projects.
Skills
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- 10–15 years of proven experience as an Electrical QS in the construction industry
- Expertise in quantity take-off, cost estimation, and BOQ preparation for electrical systems
- Strong knowledge of contractual terms, procurement processes, and project budgeting
- Familiarity with Saudi construction codes and standards is preferred
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
