Quest is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to join our client's retail marketing team. This role will support the execution of brand, creative, and digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and increase sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for retail, brand storytelling, and digital marketing trends, along with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:Brand Marketing:•Assist in developing and implementing brand strategies to ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all marketing channels.•Support brand campaigns, promotions, and product launches to drive customer engagement and sales.•Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, consumer insights, and opportunities for brand growth.•Ensure brand consistency in all marketing communications, packaging, and visual merchandising.Creative Marketing & Content Development:•Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging marketing materials, including print, digital, in-store, and social media content.•Assist in developing storytelling campaigns that align with the brand’s identity and resonate with target audiences.•Collaborate with external agencies, designers, and content creators to produce high-quality creative assets.•Ensure all creative content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a cohesive brand image.Digital & Social Media Marketing:•Assist in managing social media platforms, including content creation, posting, and community engagement.•Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.•Support digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, email marketing) to drive traffic and conversions.•Assist in SEO and website content optimization to improve search rankings and user experience.•Track and report on digital marketing KPIs to measure effectiveness and ROI.Campaign Execution & Coordination:•Support the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring timely rollouts and alignment with business objectives.•Work closely with sales, merchandising, and store teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.•Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure smooth campaign execution.•Assist in organizing in-store activations, events, and promotions to enhance customer engagement.Customer Engagement & CRM:•Collaborate with the CRM team to implement targeted marketing campaigns and customer loyalty programs.•Assist in developing email marketing campaigns to nurture customer relationships and drive repeat purchases.•Monitor customer feedback and reviews, working with teams to improve customer experience.
Qualifications & Skills:•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.•5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the retail industry.•Strong understanding of brand management, creative marketing, and digital marketing strategies.•Proficiency in social media management, content creation, and digital advertising.•Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret marketing data.•Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.•Creative mindset with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
