The Senior Manager / AD will be responsible for overseeing and managing the structural design, planning, and execution of large-scale high-rise buildings. * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. * Professional Engineering License (P.Eng., PE, or equivalent) preferred. * Minimum of 15 years of experience in structural engineering, with at least 15 years of experience in managing high-rise construction projects. * In-depth knowledge of structural design, materials, construction methods, and building codes. * Proven experience in managing complex high-rise or large-scale projects. * Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills. * Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. * Proficiency in structural design software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, STAAD Pro) and Microsoft Office Suite.
