Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing construction projects in different locations across the kingdom including remote locations. Will lead project teams, manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and legal requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
- Utilize strong project management skills to plan, organize, and lead project teams effectively.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders, clients, and team members to provide project updates and address any concerns.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and other legal requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably with a contracting background.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively lead project teams and interact with stakeholders.
- Ability to work in remote locations such as Sakaka, Umluj, and Hafar al-Batin.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software for project planning and tracking
