As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to their customers and ensuring the optimal performance of their products. You will also work closely with their sales and customer success teams to identify and troubleshoot technical issues, develop solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. Duties and Responsibilities:-Provide technical support to customers via in-person visits.-Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues related to our products and services.-Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues.-Manage and maintain customer's equipment and systems.-Provide training and guidance to customers on the use of our products and services.-Conduct regular site visits to troubleshoot technical issues and provide support.-Document and report all customer interactions and issues in a timely and accurate manner.
