This role requires strong expertise in commercial contract law, covering distribution, retail leasing, construction, privacy, and data protection.Key Responsibilities:•Draft, review, and negotiate contract•Provide legal advice and training to business division•Ensure compliance with local laws and regulatory requirement•Represent the company in legal proceedings and manage external counsel•Support risk management and dispute resolution
