Talent Acquisition Manager - Jeddah, KSAWe are a UAE based recruitment company, currently seeking for a Talent Acquisition Manager based in the headquarter in Jeddah, KSA for one of our clients Saudi Arabia which is a top provider of culinary and hospitality services for more than 40 years that is into Integrated Catering & Facilities Management.The key responsibility of the role is to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including mass recruitment campaigns, overseas hiring, and project-based recruitment. The TA Manager will deal with candidates, agencies, government and other external sources.
Qualification:•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Years and Nature of Experience: •5-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on Mass & Volume Recruitment, Overseas Recruitment, and Project-based Hiring.•Proven experience in Catering, Food & Beverage, Retail, Hospitality, Construction, or any high-demand multi-level organization.•At least 3 years of experience leading a recruitment team or function.Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesRecruitment Expertise:•Strong experience in mass hiring, overseas recruitment, and project-based hiring strategies.•Familiarity with sourcing techniques, including social media recruiting, job boards, and headhunting.•Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR databases, and recruitment analytics tools.•Stakeholder Management & Communication•Strong collaboration and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders.•Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
