. Responsible for supervising all of the company's accounting activities, reviewing the accounting document cycle, and categorizing, recording, posting, and organizing the company's accounting and financial operations according to correct accounting systems.
2. Prepare the company's draft budget estimate for the new year based on estimates prepared by other departments (sales, marketing, purchasing, planning, operations, and recruitment) and submit it to the company's management on the specified dates in accordance with the company's policies and regulations.
3. Conduct a monthly review of all company accounts and ensure their accuracy, particularly the balances of the budget and expense accounts.
4. Responsible for closing and submitting the company's financial position monthly to the company's management by the specified date. Conduct financial analysis and monthly comparisons of all expense items between actual, planned, and previous year's figures, identifying any deviations.
5. Follow up and ensure the monthly tax return (VAT) is completed on time.
6. Manage the company's cash flow (liquidity report) to meet the company's obligations in a timely manner, in full coordination with the company manager. This includes providing the necessary recommendations and suggestions related to increasing debt collection efficiency, maximizing collection opportunities, and improving payment terms for suppliers.
7. Analyze the economic volume of inventory at the item level, in coordination with the Planning and Procurement Department, to determine the optimal volume for holding costs. Maintaining the company's optimal inventory.
8. Approving all agreements related to financial obligations, such as contracts or any agreements that require financial obligations on the company.
9. Responsible for supervising and organizing the company's periodic and annual inventory of assets and warehouses, in coordination with the relevant departments and in accordance with the company's policies and regulations.
10. Maintaining all company financial documents and records according to the correct and applicable archiving systems.
11. Providing the required reports, data, and information in a timely manner to all other company departments, serving everyone to develop and improve performance and achieve the company's objectives.
12. Responsible for closing the annual accounts and completing the budget process with the external auditor, and providing any required data without delay
