Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities are;
· Training Program Development:
- Design and develop training programs for new and existing technicians, ensuring alignment with company standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Update training materials and modules to incorporate new technologies, procedures, and equipment.
- Collaborate with technical teams to identify areas requiring training and improvement.
· Training Delivery:
- Coordinate and deliver hands-on and classroom-based training sessions to technicians.
- Ensure training is provided in a timely and effective manner for all new hires and current employees.
- Conduct assessments to gauge technicians’ understanding and practical application of the training content.
· Supervision and Mentorship:
- Supervise and support a team of trainers or technical experts involved in the training process.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to technicians as needed to ensure proper implementation of learned skills.
- Maintain a supportive learning environment and address any concerns or challenges trainees may face.
· Performance Evaluation:
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of trainees through assessments, on-the-job observations, and feedback from supervisors.
- Analyze training outcomes to identify gaps in knowledge or skills and make adjustments to training programs accordingly.
· Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of training attendance, completion, and certification.
- Prepare regular reports on training progress, outcomes, and areas of improvement for management review.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company training requirements.
· Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on the latest technological advancements, tools, and techniques in the industry to ensure the training program remains relevant and up-to-date.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in training processes and implement strategies to enhance learning effectiveness.

Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of [7] years of experience in technical training or a related role.
