We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Pre Sales Engineer specializing in Passive Solutions to join our team in Riyadh. As a key player in our sales process, you will leverage your technical expertise and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional support to our clients. Your role will involve working closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements, present innovative solutions, and contribute to the growth of our client base in the networking industry.Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide tailored passive solutions to meet those requirements.- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our passive networking products.- Act as the technical liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project implementation.- Prepare and present technical documentation, proposals, and bids in response to client requests.- Assist in the design and configuration of passive networking solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and competitors to effectively position our solutions in the marketplace.- Support the sales team with training and knowledge-sharing sessions on passive solutions and related products.
Candidate Profile:1.Professional, detail-oriented, and able to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders2.Passionate about providing technical solutions that align with customer needs3.Strong ability to understand and address customer requirements for Datacenter, Passive Infrastructure, and ELV solutions4.Experienced in preparing and delivering compelling technical presentations and proposals5.Proficient in explaining complex technical concepts in simple terms to both technical and non-technical stakeholders6.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both in Arabic and English7.Solid network within the IT, Datacenter, and ELV sectors in Saudi Arabia, especially in the Central and Eastern regions8.Familiar with key Datacenter, Passive Infrastructure, and ELV technology vendors such as Huawei, Hikvision, Samsung, Schneider Electric, Vertiv, APC, R&M, Nexans, Corning, CommScope, Legrand, Panduit, Honeywell, Bosch, and Suprema9.Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for Datacenter, Passive, and ELV solutions within the Saudi region10.Excellent English Communication skillsExperience & Qualifications:1.3-5 years of presales experience in Datacenter solutions, Passive Infrastructure, or ELV systems within an IT System Integrator2.Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Information Technology, or Telecommunications)3.Strong technical knowledge in the following areas:•Datacenter Solutions: Expertise in designing, implementing, and supporting modern Datacenter infrastructures, including server racks, cooling systems, power management, and virtualization. Familiar with leading Datacenter vendors such as Vertiv, Schneider Electric, APC, and Huawei.
