Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Oversee employee relations, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Support recruitment processes including shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Monitor attendance, leaves, and payroll inputs for timely processing.
- Coordinate training programs, performance management, and employee engagement activities.
- Prepare HR reports and provide updates to management.
Skills
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of HR experience
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
