Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in system analysis or a related role.
- Strong understanding of system development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Proficient in using data analysis and modeling tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., SQL, Oracle).
- Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python) is a plus.
- Certification in business analysis or system analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is preferred.
