We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Process Engineer to join our dynamic team at our state-of-the-art tissue production facility in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paper manufacturing processes, specifically within tissue production. You will play a critical role in optimizing manufacturing operations, enhancing product quality, and implementing innovative technologies to improve efficiency. Join us to contribute to the sustainability and growth of our operations in this exciting industry.Responsibilities:- Analyze and optimize production processes in the tissue manufacturing line to improve yield and efficiency.- Design and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality, Maintenance, and Production, to troubleshoot issues and ensure consistent product quality.- Conduct data analysis and use statistical methods to monitor process performance and identify areas for improvement.- Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations across all production processes.- Participate in the commissioning and startup of new equipment and technologies within the facility.- Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process flow diagrams.- Train and mentor junior engineers and plant operators on process improvements and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.- Minimum of 3 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in the paper or tissue manufacturing industry.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.- Proficient in process simulation software and data analysis tools, such as Minitab or similar.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within teams and cross-functional departments.- Knowledge of safety regulations and environmental compliance practices within manufacturing operations.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
