We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Associate to join our prestigious US International Law Firm in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of international law and a strong commitment to providing exceptional legal services. In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of cases, work collaboratively with a talented team, and play a pivotal role in driving the successful outcomes for our clients in complex legal matters.Responsibilities:- Lead and manage complex legal matters and transactions in various areas of international law.- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy formulation.- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents including contracts, agreements, and other related materials.- Provide strategic legal counsel to clients, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.- Collaborate closely with team members and other departments to deliver high-quality legal solutions.- Mentor and train junior associates, fostering their professional growth and development.- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations, representing the firm with professionalism and expertise.- Stay updated on legal developments, trends, and best practices in the field of international law.
- Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution.- Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing international law, preferably with a focus on cross-border transactions or litigation.- Strong understanding of both local and international legal frameworks and treaties.- Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills, with a keen attention to detail.- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a significant plus.- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment, while also functioning independently.
