Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled
Talent Acquisition Officer to join our growing HR team. This individual will play a key role in sourcing, recruiting, and retaining top talent for a variety of technical and non-technical positions, while also managing high-volume recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in
headhunting, a strong understanding of
technical recruitment, and the ability to handle large-scale recruitment efforts in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the recruitment process for a variety of technical and non-technical roles, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and culture.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates, utilizing various platforms including LinkedIn, job boards, and direct sourcing methods.
- Utilize headhunting techniques to identify and attract passive candidates for hard-to-fill roles, especially in technical fields.
- Manage high-volume recruitment efforts, ensuring timely and effective hiring processes.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and refine selection criteria.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline to meet future hiring needs, especially for high-demand technical positions.
- Provide a positive candidate experience, ensuring clear communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and local labor laws.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics and performance, ensuring recruitment goals are met.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to keep the company’s recruitment efforts competitive.
- Assist in onboarding processes for new hires and support the HR team in other talent-related initiatives.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on technical recruitment and high-volume hiring.
- Proven expertise in headhunting, utilizing direct sourcing methods and networking.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms, job boards, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, often under tight timelines.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and influence candidates.
- In-depth understanding of the technical recruitment landscape (IT, engineering, tech roles).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Proactive and results-oriented with a passion for finding top talent.
- Experience with recruitment metrics and reporting.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
