•Managing petty cash.•Checking the employee’s travel expenses claims.•Inputting travel claims into the system.•Preparing reimbursement claims to Japan and India brances and follow up for the payment.•Verifying all supplier invoices in compliance with the ZATCA regulations.•Organizing and filing all payment documents•Assisting the treasury department with payment processing.•Supporting for KSA VAT, Tax & Zakat related transactions.•Maintaining manual documentation for Oman Branch Transactions.
•Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting.•Minimum of two years experience in Finance & Accounts Department.•Excellent written and verbal in english communication.•Knowlege in VAT, ZATCA and SOCPA rules and regulations.
