We are seeking a detail-oriented Site Inspector – Civil with a strong background in overseeing high-end residential, hospitality, and commercial building projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with consultants, excellent knowledge of construction standards, and a sharp eye for quality and compliance.
-Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.-Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience with at least 2 years in a consultant role.-Strong exposure to luxury residential, hotel, or high-rise building projects is highly preferred.-Solid knowledge of construction materials, finishes, structural elements, and site supervision practices.-Familiarity with local authority regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols.-Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.-Effective communicator with good documentation and coordination skills.-Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
