We are seeking a detail-oriented Site Inspector – Structural to join our consultancy team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in structural site supervision for premium developments, including luxury residential, hospitality, and commercial buildings. This role demands a thorough understanding of structural systems, an eye for quality, and the ability to ensure works are executed per design and industry standards.
-Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field.-5+ years of relevant experience in site supervision, preferably within a consultancy environment.-Proven track record in high-end residential, hospitality, or commercial building projects.-Strong knowledge of international building codes and local construction practices.-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.-Proficient in MS Office, and familiar with AutoCAD and other design review software.-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain high standards of work.
