Receptionist to join our team on a part time contract.
As the first point of contact for our valued guests, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a memorable and positive experience.
Responsibilities: - Welcome guests with a warm and friendly smile, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Efficiently check-in and check-out guests, processing payments and adhering to all company procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Manage switchboard operations, directing calls and providing information to guests.
- Maintain a well-organised reception area, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness.
- May assist with administrative tasks, such as filing and photocopying.
Qualifications: - Previous experience in a hospitality setting, preferably within a hotel environment.
- A genuine passion for exceeding guest expectations and delivering exceptional service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency with PMS like HotSoft and/or Opera.
