About the role We are recruiting for a
Health & Wellbeing Account Manager to play a key role in supporting both individual and corporate clients with their health, dental, vision and wellness benefits. You'll be responsible for managing consumer renewals, advising on tailored plan options, and overseeing the administration of Corporate Group Schemes.
Overview of duties - Manage our existing portfolio of retail health insurance clients.
- Proactively engage clients ahead of renewals with alternative plan options and quotes.
- Respond to inbound queries from our website and other channels.
- Support Health & Wellbeing consultants with day-to-day administration of corporate schemes (joiners, leavers, retaining business going from scheme to direct policies.
- Assist with onboarding new group schemes and client implementation.
- Liaise with insurers, employees, and HR teams to deliver a seamless experience.
- Process benefits changes, including enrolments, amendments, and terminations.
- Monitor health insurance renewals and recommend suitable options.
Person specification Knowledge, skills and abilities - Clear, confident communication skillsespecially when discussing plan changes.
- A tailored approachunderstanding each client's unique needs.
- Adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Ability to manage competing priorities with strong organisational skills.
- Confidence in resolving issues and maintaining positive relationships.
Education / and or Experience - APA Qualified (or working toward qualification).
- Minimum 2 years in a benefits administrator or similar role, ideally within a broker or health provider setting.
- Strong understanding of the Irish health insurance market and regulatory landscape.
Key Information Hours: Monday Friday, 35 Hours
Location: Blackrock, Hybrid
