Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and expert level hands-on Techno-Functional Project Manager with 11 to 15 years of experience in managing end to end delivery of technology projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in engineering project management functional analysis technical documentation stakeholder management project risk management project estimation in a cross-functional matrix environment.
Responsibilities - Lead project planning sessions and coordinate resources for successful project execution.
- Oversee project scope timelines and deliverables to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Provide expertise in Technical Writing to create comprehensive project documentation.
- Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Conduct project estimations and budget planning to ensure financial feasibility.
- Implement Retail Project Management best practices to optimize project outcomes.
- Perform Functional Requirement Specification to capture detailed project requirements.
- Conduct Functional Analysis to identify and address project needs.
- Execute Gap Analysis to determine discrepancies between current and desired project states.
- Lead Business Analysis & Planning to align project goals with business strategies.
- Facilitate Analysis and Design sessions to create effective project solutions.
- Engage in Stakeholder Management to ensure clear communication and expectations.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure adherence to Project Time Management principles.
- Track project progress and make necessary adjustments to stay on schedule.
- Manage project stakeholders to ensure their needs and concerns are addressed.
- Oversee Project Scope Management to prevent scope creep and ensure project focus.
- Utilize Project Management skills to lead projects from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Foster a collaborative and productive project environment.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes.
- Support team members and provide guidance as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the companys purpose by delivering successful projects that impact society positively.
Qualifications - Must have strong experience in Technical Writing Project Risk Management and Project Estimation.
- Must have expertise in Retail Project Management and Retail and Commerce.
- Must be skilled in Functional Requirement Specification Functional Analysis and Gap Analysis.
- Must have experience in Business Analysis & Planning Analysis and Design and Stakeholder Management.
- Must be proficient in Project Time Management Project Tracking and Project Stakeholder Management.
- Must have strong skills in Project Scope Management and Project Management.
- Nice to have experience in the Hi-Tech domain.
Certifications Required - Nice to have: PMP Certification Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or other relevant certifications
