What You'll Do
INSPIRE AND LEAD:
Motivate, coach, and develop your team to exceed retail sales goals and KPIs across all categories, services, and appointments.

DRIVE BUSINESS GROWTH:
Master the art of traffic-stopping - confidently engage new customers daily with energy and purpose.
Build a powerful appointment-based business through personalized service, follow-up, and exceptional experiences.
Plan and execute impactful events, in-store animations, and launches that excite customers and drive revenue.
Develop effective rotas and strategic plans that align with commercial calendars and maximize productivity.
TRAIN & DEVELOP TALENT:
Lead by example through hands-on education and coaching -we offer exceptional training opportunities to help you and your team continually grow.
Work in close partnership with our Education Team to ensure consistent brand knowledge and service excellence.
Keep your team inspired with regular upskilling, feedback, and recognition.
PARTNER FOR SUCCESS:
Build strong, collaborative relationships with your store retail partners to align on goals and opportunities.
Ensure stock levels are optimal, launches are smooth, and visual merchandising is always on point.
Keep a close eye on competitors and customer trends to stay one step ahead.
What You Bring
Proven retail management experience, ideally in beauty or luxury environments.
A natural coach and mentor, with a passion for leading people and driving performance.
A confident traffic-stopper with the ability to connect with new customers effortlessly.
Strong understanding of KPIs, appointment-driven retail, and how to build a repeat business.
Excellent communicator, relationship-builder, and team player.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and resilient -you thrive in fast-paced environments and love a challenge.
Flexible to work key trading hours, including evenings and weekends.
