About The Role:Days of Working: Monday to Friday
Role:
Reporting to the OCS National Rostering Manager the role holder will be responsible for the provision of superior rostering and administrative support services. This is an ideal role for candidates seeking to build on any previous rostering / Administration experience or for those wish to pursue a career in a support and account management function.
Duties:
Efficient Rostering and Service Allocation:
- Provide support to operations managers/duty mangers, relating to all aspects of rostering.
- Ensure rosters are regularly reviewed to meet key service indicators.
- Preparation Monthly Billing and Monthly reports.
- Dealing with queries and issues in timely and effective manner.
- Participate actively in problem solving and finding solutions for scheduling difficulties and challenges
Staff Liaison, Coordination and Teamwork:
- Promote teamwork acknowledging staff achievements and successes and provide support following their challenges and difficulties.
- Promote teamwork through seeking feedback and encouraging participation in problem solving
Skills/Experience Required
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment to effectively plan and organise the service delivery requirements
- Demonstrated excellent time management and organisational skills and an ability prioritise work tasks
- Demonstrated ability to work in an environment which is frequently changing and has high client expectations and competing priorities.
- Ability to work to a deadline.
- Demonstrated high level computer literacy, Strong MS Office skills
- Well-developed communication skills (written, verbal and listening) including high level telephone techniques to liaise effectively with staff and management.
- Ability to take initiative to proactively resolve issues or problems • Knowledge and experience of the IT systems "Timegate" essential.
