تحصيل المستحقات المالية من العملاء المتأخرين عن السداد وضمان الالتزام بسياسات وإجراءات التحصيل الخاصة بالشركة بما يساهم في تحسين التدفقات النقدية وتقليل نسبة الديون المعدومة.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

التواصل مع العملاء المتأخرين عن السداد عبر الهاتف أو البريد الإلكتروني أو الزيارات الميدانية.
شرح تفاصيل المبالغ المستحقة ومواعيد السداد.
التفاوض مع العملاء على خطط سداد مناسبة.
تحديث قاعدة بيانات التحصيل وتوثيق جميع المحاولات والاتصالات.
إعداد تقارير دورية عن عمليات التحصيل والحالات المتعثرة.
تحويل الحالات المستعصية إلى الإدارة القانونية أو الجهات المختصة حسب السياسات.
التعاون مع الأقسام الأخرى مثل المبيعات وخدمة العملاء لضمان دقة معلومات العميل.
الالتزام بمعايير الجودة وخدمة العملاء أثناء عملية التحصيل.
تحقيق أهداف التحصيل الشهرية والسنوية المحددة من قبل الإدارة.

Collecting Financial Dues from Delinquent Customers

Ensuring compliance with the company's collection policies and procedures to improve cash flow and reduce the rate of bad debts.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Communicate with delinquent customers via phone, email, or field visits.
Explain the details of outstanding amounts and payment deadlines.
Negotiate suitable repayment plans with customers.
Update the collection database and document all attempts and communications.
Prepare periodic reports on collection processes and delinquent cases.
Refer difficult cases to the legal department or relevant authorities as per policies.
Collaborate with other departments such as sales and customer service to ensure accurate customer information.
Adhere to quality standards and customer service during the collection process.
Achieve monthly and annual collection targets set by management.

Skills

شهادة دبلوم في إدارة الأعمال أو المحاسبة أو ما يعادلها.
خبرة 3-5 سنوات على الأقل في مجال التحصيل أو المحاسبة أو الخدمات المالية.
مهارات قوية في التواصل والإقناع والتفاوض.
معرفة جيدة باستخدام أنظمة إدارة التحصيل وبرامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس.
القدرة على تحمل ضغط العمل والعمل ضمن فريق.
معرفة بالقوانين واللوائح ذات الصلة بعمليات التحصيل.

Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or equivalent.
At least 3-5 years of experience in collections, accounting, or financial services.
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of collection management systems and Microsoft Office programs.
Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to collection processes.
