This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and managing client relationships, creating business plans, researching market trends, and executing strategic initiatives to drive company growth. The individual will collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on business strategies and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying and pursuing new project and service opportunities across Power, Water, Wastewater, EPC, Maintenance, and Industrial sectors.
- Strong skills in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales
- Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers, consultants, and contractors.
- Leading the full pre-sales cycle—from opportunity analysis to technical support.
- Ensuring company registration and prequalification with major clients like Govt. Utilities, Aramco, SABIC, GACA, and PIF entities.
- Preparing technical and commercial documentation for tenders, RFPs, and prequalification processes.
- Delivering impactful presentations and representing the company at trade shows and conferences.
- Coordinating with internal teams to develop competitive proposals and monitor tender performance.
- Managing client expectations from initial contact to project transition and ongoing account growth.
Maintaining accurate CRM records and providing performance reports to support strategic growth.
Skills
- 5+ years experience in business development or technical sales in Power, Water, Wastewater, EPC, Maintenance, and Industrial sectors.
- Strong skills in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales
- Ability to create and implement Business Plans and Development Strategies
- Experience in conducting research and analyzing Market Trends
- Excellent communication, Negotiation, and Problem-Solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage remote teams
- Relevant industry experience in Engineering, Power, Water, or Wastewater treatment STP sectors is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration, or related field
