The Role
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead and execute recruitment strategies for a variety of roles within PBS and on behalf of our U.S.-based clients. The ideal candidate will be experienced in full-cycle recruiting, passionate about identifying top talent, and skilled at building relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for internal and external roles in accounting, operations, finance, and tech
- Write and post job descriptions tailored to role, platform, and audience
- Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and network channels
- Conduct screening calls and initial interviews to assess skills, fit, and cultural alignment
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide regular updates
- Assist in offer negotiation and onboarding coordination
- Build talent pipelines for recurring needs and high-priority clients
- Support employer branding efforts and candidate experience initiatives
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and ensure documentation compliance
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in a high-growth or agency environment
- Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn Recruiter, local networks, and resume databases
- Familiarity with ATS platforms, job boards, and recruiting analytics
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic
- Ability to manage multiple open roles, prioritize tasks, and meet hiring timelines
- Passion for matching people with opportunity and building great teams
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred
