Recruitment requirements for HR Specialist:
1. Under 40 years old, male, bachelor degree or above, working experience in human resources consulting company is preferred
2. More than 5 years of human resource management experience in international large companies, responsible for building the company's foreign system and management system, with rich recruitment experience and writing skills, proficient in human resource management, with systematic human resource management knowledge.
Skills
3. proficient in the labor laws and policy of Middle East countries (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Egypt)
4. Fluent in English(Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing). If also being good at Arabic and Chinese is preferred
5. Have good professional ethics and confidentiality awareness, high loyalty and strong sense of responsibility
